Returns Policy

Refunds Policy

At Alvi Armani, our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction at all times. However, should you encounter a fault or issue with the product you received, please contact orders@alviarmani.co.za.

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you are entitled to return a non-medical item within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the items remain your responsibility until they arrive back with us, and all return costs are at your expense. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Subject to any additional rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008, your order price will be refunded only if:

– Your order is a non-medical product (not a medicine);
– An item you have ordered is out of stock; or
– A product or pricing error is identified.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, please email orders@alviarmani.co.za and mail your item to: Suite 162, Medical Mews, Sandton City Mall, Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa, 2196. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
