Refunds Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are the happiest customer at all times, however, in the event there is a fault or issue with the product you received, please contact orders@admin
If you would like to return your purchase for any other reason, you are entitled to return a non-medical item within 7 days of receipt. The items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. All return costs are for your own account. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Subject to any additional rights you may have at law (including under the South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008), your order price will be refunded only if:
- your order is a non-medical product (not a medicine);
- an item you have ordered is out of stock; or
- a product or pricing error is identified.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, send an email to orders@alviarmani.co.za and mail your item to: Suite 162, Medical Mews, Sandton City Mall, Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa, 2196. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
